Megan was over her stepfather's lap yet again, but then that’s what he had told her last week: “I’m going to spank you every day after school”.
It was only 3 weeks since he had moved in but in that time her world had been turned upside down, almost literally when he spanked her. He just seemed to do what he wanted and her mum said nothing, although Megan hadn’t told her half of what he did do. Like when he just took hold of her breasts or put his hand up her skirt when her mum wasn’t looking. He was much older than her mum and he had a steely cold look that made you think defying him would lead to something much worse.

Sometimes the spanking would cease for a bit but that was almost worse, the feeling of being totally naked from her bottom downwards, between her thighs, open to whatever he wanted to do. If she really tried she could get one hand back but he would just wait, fresh tears coming with the effort of trying to twist round, until Megan had to give up with a pitiful sigh. Then his hand would sleek between her thighs, a pudgy finger tracing along her soft groove, and to her shame she was often sticky down there. This pause in the spanking was also when she became blush-makingly aware of that hard thing pressing against the side of her tummy. She squeezed her eyes shut and tried not to think about it.
When he was ready, the spanking resumed with renewed vigour until finally she was allowed to slip off his lap to the floor. He left her there and went downstairs.
At teatime Megan was subdued, but her stepfather carried on as if nothing had happened. Towards the end of the meal her mum dropped the bombshell: “Oh, George, I decided to take your advice and went for that supervisor job. They said I can start next week!” “There you are, Melanie, I told you so.” George smiled at Megan’s mum. “It’s a lot more money, Megan, you can have that walkman you’re always talking about. Of course I’ll be working evenings from now on, but you can fix your dad’s tea can’t you? It’ll be nice, the two of you can get to know each other.” Her mum took the plates out to the kitchen. “Oh, yes, that will be nice, won’t it, Megan?” her stepfather said, with an unctuous smile.
Later in the hall, her stepfather cornered Megan, one hand sneaking round to grab her bottom, pulling her close, quietly telling her: “Next week, I’m going to cane you every day after school...then we can get to know each other properly...hmm?”
The excellent artwork is timeless but I'm guessing that the reference to a Walkman in the story puts this in the 80s or possibly the early 90s. This aligns the fantasy nicely with the heyday of the spanking magazine.

Given that young Megan’s week of spankings appears to be being delivered solely by hand (albeit an embarrassingly wandering hand), one wonders if the state of her bottom and thighs - welts and bruises at various stages of fading - is the result of at least a couple of earlier introductory sessions with stepdad’s whippy cane. Or perhaps, noting Culver’s Walkman reference, Megan attends a school where corporal punishment is still very much in use (abolished in English state schools 1986, private schools 1998). In that case, stepdad will have free rein to administer satisfyingly strict thrashings during the the imminent ‘week of the cane’ without risk of comeback from the school - except perhaps a private note from the Headmaster commending him for supporting the school’s educational efforts.
