As trailed in the letters pages of Blushes 18 and Uniform Girls 9 , Blushes ran a series of seven “Actually Spanked” articles of pictures and accompanying notes which purported to be undercover pictures of a real-life spanking relationship by “R.M.A.”. These have a very realistic and credible look and feel, but I would have thought that Blushes would, at a minimum, have obtained the consent of “Debbie” before publishing. Blushes ran these articles across all four of their magazines, numbering the updates presumably in order to encourage readers to buy more than one magazine a month and thereby catch all the instalments. Shortly thereafter they stopped publishing Whispers, a recognition perhaps that four mags a month was pushing it a bit even for the most hardened enthusiast.
