The headgirl of Lady Margaret’s College is well is well aware of her unpopularity among the girls she has turned in for punishment. She consoles herself in the pleasure of observing their spankings over the Headmaster’s knee. Their foolish revenge has earned them another session with the irate Headmaster. This time the strap and the cane will be brought into play. And the headgirl herself will get to participate.

Usual British schoolgirl routine, except a head girl [Alison Payne] is enlisted and is very aggressive with the flogger and the cane. The authoritarian professor/don looks like New York Governor Mario Cuomo. Two girls, in full school regalia, including boaters — a frosty blonde and a curly brunette, have been caught (1) with a cucumber in the girls’ bathroom, and (2) writing obscene graffiti. Actionable behaviour; of course, it’s bottom-time, and the don and head girl will do the work.

Frosty is first, OTK on nice white panties; Curly gets the same; Mario takes Frosty back OTK, and he likes to peel panties down slowly, the same for Curly. The spankings are mild but the bottoms are admirable and the ritual is nice.

A padded trestle is pulled out; Frosty lies lengthwise on it, her pants are removed again for a reddening handspanking; same for Curly, only harder and effective. Both girls are stood against the wall, school classroom-humiliation style, hands-on-head, skirts up, pants down. Always cute.

Matters intensify. Frosty surrenders her pants and is doubled over the trestle in the more traditional and revealing posture for 25 counted firm strokes with a leather flogger. Lots of sexy squirming, some winks, and nice views from a floor-level camera. The head girl is called on now, Curly is positioned, and the Head assertively lays on 25 with a smaller flogger, and they sizzle.

Mario brandishes the cane in the girls’ faces, which he loves to do. The girls take off their bunched-up skirts. The Head gives Frosty six crisp shots — she is gasping for breath. Six hard ones for Curly. Then Mario gives each girl six more; Now, we’re nicely striped and all very sorry for our misbehaviour.

    I was a tad disappointed to find that, unless I fell asleep somewhere (not impossible) and missed it, the Payne girl got off scot-free in this movie. Disappointed because as well as being a rather toothsome young Miss, she is rather splendidly equipped in the bum department. She also tends to take her punishments with good grace. There was also a pertness about her performance (being rather nonchalant about the visibility of her knickers for one thing) that made me feel sure that she was going to get her well-merited comeuppance at some point before the movie was over. That's what usually happens in spanking films featuring Head Girls who are a bit too full of themselves, they usually end up getting thwacked themselves (and thereby get some of that superior attitude caned out of them in the process). But sadly not on this occasion. That being the case, I was thinking that the film's denouement might have been as follows: with the other two reprobates having left the room, the Headmaster turns to Alison and then, maybe whilst closely grabbing and squeezing her tits from behind, informs her that he's in the mood for a bit of 'the other', and in so doing confirms that what the other two girls' alleged with their impudent graffiti is, in fact, true (not that it's any of their business). After all, there has to be a price for not getting your bare bum striped (well, not quite so often at least) and getting to lord it over your less fortunate classmates as their knickers come down for the cane. A session dealing with such miscreants certainly causes a tightening in the headmasterly Y fronts, one that is begging for imminent release. As the screen fades to black we are left in no doubt at all that Alison fully accepts 'the price'.

    The actor is the late lamented Ivor Goldblatt. As it's described, the usual schoolgirl scenario. Weak canings in the last scene, particularly from Ivor who could deliver an expert caning, featured in many of the videos in which he appeared.
